The home sites are marketed for sale to prospective homeowners and architects. The Foundation has selected Sotheby's International Realty Company. Sotheby's possesses the reputation and experience to market a project of this nature on a local, state, national and international level. The initial prices for the lots will be $165,000.00 - $250,000.00. The proceeds from these lot sales will be directed to the non-profit Museum for its maintenance and upkeep.
