The overall objective is to create a boutique, one-of-a-kind subdivision surrounding the Miller House Museum. The Miller House is owned by the Foundation for Advanced Architecture, a Kentucky non-profit corporation and carries the distinction of being a Historic House Museum. Moderna consists of 43 luxury estate lots surrounding the Museum. The Miller House will serve as a clubhouse/cultural center for the community. The Moderna Community is fully developed and the lots are now ready for sale. The project can commence immediately.
